The wines will be served with a four course menu that has been expertly designed by Head Chef Tristan Robertson. Each course will perfectly compliment the Penfolds Icon and Luxury Range of Wines.
The four course menu will be personally presented by Head Chef Tristan Robertson while Penfolds Wine Maker Stephanie Dutton will provide a detailed insight into each flight of wine.
