Included in all of our ceremony hire packages is an onsite wedding coordinator to ensure that your ceremony is perfect. The coordinator will cue musicians and send you down the aisle in style.

Two smartly uniformed wait staff serving guests beverages for 1.5 hours.

Partial Wedding Day Assistance from $400
Have one of our Wedding Angels at your beck and call on your wedding day. Our staff can assist with all of your confirmation calls in the days leading up to your wedding and will then be on hand on your wedding day to ensure that everything you have planned is executed to your wishes. We’ll send you down the aisle and then pop into your reception venue to ensure that everything has been set up correctly.
The basic package is $400 for 2 hours, $85 each additional hour, $95 for rehearsal attendance.

Supplier & venue sourcing from $500
Optional Extra’s:
Engagement Party Coordination $250 includes: assistance with selecting the venue, sourcing entertainment, and theming.
Concierge Service $500 includes: travel planning assistance for overseas guests for the week before and after your wedding. We can help with hotel recommendations, dinner bookings & guests activities.
Rehearsal Dinner Service $250 includes: assistance with selecting the venue, sourcing entertainment and theming
